VEREDUS GAINS NOTORIETY AT THE INAUGURURAL SMART AWARDS

On May 24th, 2007, Veredus Corporation was recognized as a finalist for the SMART Awards.
The Smart award was created to recognize companies in the Central Florida Area that
have had substantial revenue growth over the past five years. Veredus, a privately-held
staffing company has shown consistent financial growth since inception in 2000. Revenue
projected for 2007 is $36.7 million.
The ACG Greater Orlando chapter sponsored a luncheon for all nominees at the Orlando
Downtown Marriott. Wally "Famous" Amos appeared as a guest speaker and presented his success
story along with his recipes for success.
